Help All calls menu is missing!

Hey

I've a pretty nice problem. My "All Calls" menu has been disappeared from the "Call settings" menu between two phone starts. (I had to restore my settings to the factory defaults).
I was looking for solution without any success.
Please help me to get it back. Any hints are welcome.

My phone parameters are:
Model: GT-I5700
Firmware-version: 2.1-update1
Kernel Version: 2.6.29 root@SE-S610 #2
Build: ECLAIR.XXJD2
