Sounds like an app that requires root access, and if you don't have a rooted device, then the full function of the app cannot be gained.

Looking through the numerous scathing 1-star Play Store reviews for this app, seems there's many Android 11 users howling about it. So I guess you're going to have to wait for the Super Clone devs to fix their stuff for Android 11.

I was wrong, it does not require root.
I got waylaid before I could change my reply.

Anyway, it does have many people with 11 stating problems.
