Can someone help me or tell me the problem, please?

I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab, the Android version is still 3.1. Before all of my Google Play apps keep closing, it was normal. But then, suddenly the tab restarted by itself, then i saw so many notifications that told me that the apps are closing. Currently, i can only open the apps from the tab itself (music player, gallery, video, etc.), but everytime i turn on the tab, the app closing notifications always appeared.

I would really appreciate your answer and help.
