Help Allshare app downloading movies

I am pretty sure my other epic could download movies. I can't seem to download them through the allshare app anymore now. It says download failed. But I can download pictures through the allshare.

Im having issues similar to this. I can see all the files on my PC
or on my Network storage device, can download music and picture, and can stream films to my phone, but cannot download films, not even a small video.
works fine with a windows 7 PC but not with my Storage device or my win XP PC
?????
im tearing my hair out here
can anyone help?
