I bought a Samsung Galaxy Apollo at the weekend. After downloading the manufacturer's manual (before purchasing the phone) I saw it came with an Application called AllShare. This provided users with the ability to stream media from DLNA/uPNP Media Servers.

I was surprised to find that the phone I bought didn't have AllShare in its list of installed Applications. I rang Orange and spoke to two people.
The first repeatedly asked which tune I wanted to download then cut me off. The second said he would report this to the Tech Support Dept who would call me back within an hour. Needless to say they didn't call back.

I've looked in the Android Store and it isn't available for download and Google has provided no further clues. Does anyone know why this app is missing?
