Is there another way to apply themes on galaxy y? I tried using go launcher and it just sucked up all of my ram. And, do you guys also think that the galaxy y is good for playing casual games? like lets say, fruit ninja?

The best place to find out answers for your phone will be in Samsung Galaxy Y - Android Forums since they have the same model. I thought Go Launcher was fairly lightweight, but perhaps it has changed. You could also try other launchers like ADW, Launcher Pro or Zeam. Each has different features and requirements.
