Alternative 808 numbers

A few weeks ago i found (and lost) and app that suggest us to dial another number, instead 808, 800, etc.
I'm not sure it it was a suggestion or a "looking for" another alternative number.
Anyone knows it?

I'm guessing you're in the States. If that's the case, I'm sorry I can't help but I just thought I'd put the UK one on here in case anyone was wondering, which is "Say no to 0870".

It's saved me a lot of money the last year or so.
