As the title says, which one would you choose if you had the same amount of cash?
IEM's that have a wired mic/buttons or sound quality over the buttons. Buttons are useful for apps like poweramp, and the mic is useful if you are driving as a handsfree kit.

I got an in-ear set with mic, buttons and volume control. Bought it for like, $40. Its a Philips O'Neill set. The music quality is pretty good, plus mic. Personally, I want something with a mic and control, but as much as possible won't sacrifice quality as well. If the quality of the available headset with a mic/control was shitty, I'd go for the headset only w/o mic. It has to have acceptable quality for me.
