General Always on Display too bright

    Can anyone please as my wife is going to divorce me yee haa, when on during sleep time the room is lit up like a Christmas tree but to no avail I cannot find a setting to dim the clock, I have automatic bright set but nothing happens.

    Why not put a time setting into Always On, so that it disables overnight, and set this disabled time range into the night clock settings?

    I Don't want always on disabled at night I want to use it as a bedside clock thanks.

    Which is why I suggested enabling the Night Clock
    Otherwise, you could enable screen saver (Daydream) and select Clock and tick night mode, but this is on the assumption that you leave your phone on charge overnight.
