Amazon could be planning to release another ultra affordable Amazon Fire HD tablet. A supposed Amazon device has appeared in benchmarks with 8GB of storage, 1.5GB of RAM, MediaTek's MT8163 64-bit 1.3GHz quad-core chipset and a 2MP camera. It would seem considerably weaker than the prior model, but this could come at the benefit of a lower cost.
