If its been there for like 20 minutes on the boot partition alone, then if you have the copy of the ROM or kernel, you can pull out the boot.img and do "fastboot flash boot.img" once your in directory containing the boot.img in cmd. The second option is to battery pull, hold power and volume down, go into boot loader, go into recovery, restore backup again. If the restore freezes again, do the same thing in option except when you go into recovery fresh(wipe everything) install the ROM and restore only data.
