Help Andriod services

Ok so i have a HTC Desire HD and on the task manager I accidentally shut the Andriod services and my fone is being slow and apps are being slow and i cant find a way to open it up again so if someone could help me with that it would be much appreciated plus i have tried restartin my fone shutting it down and staring it again plus taking the battery out and putting it back in.

Well doing what you have done should've sorted the problem out. How long did you leave the battery out for? Try leaving it out for an hour then power on.
