Help Android 10 Exchange Email Issue - "Security Update Required" - Please Help

PROBLEM

• Just installed Android 10 on Pixel 3 XL
• Gmail app for my Exchange email account is notifying me: "Security Update Required"
• Clicking the notification opens the Gmail app and gives me a prompt to "Update Now"
• Clicking "Update now" on the prompt crashes the app and brings back the notification referenced above
• Not sure if related but I've noticed Gmail is no longer listed as a "Device Admin"

WHAT I'VE TRIED

• Different combinations of deleting account, deleting and reinstalling Gmail updates, clearing data/cache

Is it a Microsoft office account or other?

Glad to hear it! Probably a bug that got fixed with an update.
