Hi,
So, finally I seem to be able to add a proxy to my browser. That's great as it means whilst on campus at university, I can connect to the wifi.
I then come home, of course the browser still trying to connect through the proxy, can no longer connect.
So, that's my problem. Is there a way that it can automatically detect what network it is using, and so detect if it should use a proxy or not? I can do this with "alternate" settings on windows, or network by network on OSX, but on my Android phone it seems I cannot.
I don't want to keep having to go all the way through and adding in the proxy, or disabling it each time I go to and from uni. Perhaps there is an app that can do that?
Is there a way to do this currently without rooting?
Thanks,
