    Why does the blog say "hopefully there are few barriers that should stop X10 owners seeing at least a custom Gingerbread ROM at some point down the line."

    He should be for it! not against it!

    he is for it, just saying hopefully its easy enough to impliment with few issues in the process

    I think you need to re-read that sentence.

    I think you've read it as "hopefully there are a few barriers", which would suggest what you're saying. However, it actually says "hopefuly there are few barriers", in other words "hopefully there are not many barriers".

    Does that make it clearer?

    sorry but since we can't confirm about software version (the autofocus of his camera is not so good)
    not convinced yet that's true

    It's kinda funny. These XDA guys are awesome with the phones but they can't handle a cam to save their lives. :)
