Early reports say the 4.3 update has better touch sensitivity:

I might have to give this a try tonight. I hope Android 4.3 finally fixed the wifi notification delay.

EDIT: Apparently the 4.3 dump doesn't include the new kernel or radio. That's supposed to be up tomorrow. I'll wait until then.

I couldn't help myself. Flashed Android 4.3 and the .83 radio.

I found another thing I haven't seen mentioned. Disabled apps now have their own tab instead of being listed at the bottom of all your apps.

Still having issues with MMS on WiFi. Taking 20-30 min to send/receive...

If anyone tries it out, I had to wipe data to get rid of Dialer FC.

I've not ran into any MMS issues myself. I'm running a rooted Android 4.3 and it definitely has a nice speed boost over 4.2. It's also important to remember that there's no guarantee this is the final build that will be released in the next couple weeks.

- Notifications not immediately coming in over WiFi with the screen off has NOT been fixed. We have to wait for the new Radio for that.

Moto X has a better camera than the N4, but a slower processor. It's being promoted as a mid range device and Google is hoping it puts Motorola back on the map. They're targeting the masses with the Moto X, not just the enthusiasts.

On a side note i'm loving Android 4.3. Even on this leaked build it seems a lot more stable than 4.2. Android 4.2 had a bunch of little bugs and just drove me crazy sometimes. The touch screen is more responsive, the colors are improved, the OS is snappier. 4.3 may only be a minor update, but it's a very welcomed one on the Nexus 4. Has anyone else been playing around with it?

On the right of the shutter button, there's an icon for turning the flash on. it's on the left most side of the menu that pops up when you press that.

I'll give you a screenshot if needed.

On mine that's the Exposure option. It's not in any of the options. I might have to reflash it.

So, the official 4.3 has been released today.

But after flashing it, my phone takes too long in Google screen and then stuck at X (Nexus logo). Tried flashing it back to 4.2.2 and still the same. For some reason 4.2.1 worked. Then, flash back to 4.2.2 and stuck again. And now, all version stuck at X. Any advice?

Ok. So, I managed to fix it by factory resetting after flashing 4.3. -.-

So, I successfully updated to 4.3 factory image and so far, I found out, it reboots the phone when the Skype call is connected and it lags on Candy Crush Saga. Maybe the new OpenGL is not fully working yet.

The other side of the coin is the apps aren't fully compatible with 4.3

This. When Google updates the OS sometimes it breaks things or at the very least breaks the optimizations within an app causing it to behave oddly or crash.
