    Hi Guys,

I have an HTC m8 phone from Telstra. Never been modified and running stock android 5.0.1.

I have factory reset both the phone and it's cache partition on a number of occasions, but most times I get error number 1.
This phone is running the complete stock firmware as supplied by Tesltra and has not been modified in anyway.

I have tried to download the update numerous times both at home and work as this gives me the added advantage of trying via another ISP. But still no luck.

Any suggestions as to where I might look to solve this issue ?

    Thanks
