I hear a lot of talk about android phones syncing contacts, emails and calender events from googlemail. Does anyone know if this works with Skymail too? As it uses the googlemail system.

    Thanks

This is exactly the question I have been looking for an answer too.

Sky mail is basically a rebranded gmail, so will it be able to sync mail/contacts/calendar with android?

Ah, understand the question now. I really doubt it. The google email is used for lots and lots of things in the phone and apps. Highly highly integrated, and I'm sure that skymail, even though it is a branded version of gmail will not include all of the features required by the phone.

Best to confirm by calling HTC support, the number is on their website.

    I dont think it will.

    You could just use Gmail.
