    Hi All,

I have a question, is it possible to turn my phone (using an app of some description) as a router?
I have a BT OpenZone account that I want to connect my Xbox One to. However, the ethernet port isn't working correctly. So, can I take the internet connection my phone already has, and turn it into a hotspot (not using my data, just the OpenZone or ISP i'm already connected to).

    Many thanks!

This isn't possible, as the phone cannot act as a wifi client (connected to your router) and a server (hotspot) at the same time. It's one or the other.

Okay, thank you for clearing that up. Can you suggest any other way I can connect my Xbox One to internet?
    To remind, my setup is:
BT Wifi OpenZone (public wifi essentially).

Buy a cheap wifi router that can operate in "bridge mode" Connect it to the router via wifi and your console to it via ethernet,
