Help Android box freezes constantly!!!!!!

Help got a new box delivered yesterday and it constantly freezes/jams about 5minutes in to videos,I've cleared cache and it still freezes plz help many thanks.

Return it as faulty or DOA, don't think there's anything else you can do with the thing.

Would like to try resolve problem 1st but thanks that's the last resort.

I assume it's a cheap Android Kodi box from China, frequently the quality and testing isn't a high priority with these things, and most likely you will have to RMA it as defective.
