I need to register as Android Applications Developer at Google Play for which I need to fill this form given in the image.
I am confused in filling it so. Could anyone of you please elaborate each of the fields under the billing address title.
For example;
> Address
> City
> Postal Code
> Phone
I don't know whether to what this Phone number relates to ? Does it relate to developer's contact number or Bank's contact number with which the his account (credit card / Debit card) is associated. And same is the case with Address, Postal Code, and City which these address, postal code and city relates to person's home or bank (to which his account is associated ?
