Android Device Management

Hi everyone,

I have many tablets in which they will be used by factory workers for manufacturing purposes.
Is their a product I could buy to manage my tablets instead of using services such as gears where I have to pay monthly fees for each tablet.

I just want to know what there is in the market and what do you recommend.
