Android Device Manager - No active Devices.

    I had this problem once before. I solved it by uninstalling Google Play Store updates and clearing the data for Google Play Services. I tried that this time around and it didn't help. I verified that location services is on and that I am allowing the device to be located remotely in settings. I don't know what else to do.
