Android dude while you are on the phone

Any way to change the android dude standing there while you are on the phone? I searched...but didn't find anything. If you have changed it, what are you using as a background there?

Get a pic of your contact. It will replace the little green guy.

If your rooted you can change the image file to anything you want.

I haven't seen anyway to set a default pic. You could go to each contact and edit in a generic photo out of your gallery but depending on how many contacts you have that could take a while.
