    Hi there,

I'm trying to use an app on android emulators on my PC. I've tried bluestacks and droid4X, but I'm getting an error when I open the app, saying that 'This app does not support rooted/jailbroken phones)

Does anyone know a way round this?

    thanks, Mikey

Which app are you trying to use? A lot of apps that require security, like banking or encrypted messaging will not work with rooted devices as it's not secure.

Hmmm, unless they are storing credit card information (which they shouldn't anyway) I'd be surprised if this required a non-rooted device to work.

According some recent reviews, others are having problems with it as well. It may not be the emulator, but really just a bit of bad code on the developers part.
