My pc is not allowing my android tocopy files to/from your computer. My USB storage is maxed out on my android

If your storage is full on your phone then you will not be able to store anything else on there. If you are trying to copy files to your PC and it does not work then you might be able to upload some of your files using dropbox or cloud and then save them to your PC that way. Hope this helps!
