Apps Android game like temple run/lane splitter

Hi can you please help me on my thesis. Our professors told us to make a game like temple run or lane splitter but the characters are eggs that are running, we still don't have an idea what are the obstacles.

What do we need to make an android game? like what softwares do we need..
any tutorials..
