Hello.
I'm having issues connecting to a Wifi network with my android tablets while my other devices (widows 7 laptops, Galaxy S4 SGH-I337 with androoid 4.2.2) are connecting fine. The tablets are Asus TF101 with android 4.0.3 and Acer A200 also with android 4.0.3 and when I'm trying to connect to the WiFi (Wireless router EnGenius ENH202 with WPA/WPA2 PSK) it connects to the network but it says that the internet connection is not available showing a gray connection bar despite excellent connection strength. Could it be a settings issue or something related to Android version?
Thanks!

Hmm......perhaps the router is set to transmit wireless-N signals only, and those devices are using the older Wireless G standard?

You should be able to go into the wireless settings of the router and check. For compatibility with Wi-Fi devices of all ages, it should be set to "mixed mode".

Also, are you using static IP addresses (as in manually setting each device's IP address), or is DHCP enabled (letting the router automatically assign IP addresses to each device)?

If you don't know how to do any of that, don't worry, just let us know. We can walk you through some of this if you need us to.
