I had heard a while back that a new version 3.0 of Android Market was being rolled out. I have now read on another website that version 3.1.3 is available which includes among other things the ability to set a 4 digit PIN code for downloading pay-for apps, which means extra security if you should be unfortunate enough to have your phone stolen. However, I am still languishing with version 2.3.6 and cannot find any mention of Market on the Market. I can understand that upgrading the Market via the Market could cause some conflicts, so how exactly do I upgrade it? Where do I find it (besides going to other sites such as xda-developers)? I've also read that version 3.x is a bit laggy on the Desire and takes up approx 7MB of the internal memory. Is this true? And if so, is it worth the while installing? If I don't like it can I revert to 2.3.6? Sorry, lots of questions there. But I'd be grateful for some advice on this.
