Root Android Market app installation error -18

I recently installed Sapphire V1.0.0 and everything went smoothly except for some problems I've recently been having with installing new apps, and updating some old ones. Large apps such as the Angry Birds beta.They download, but fail during installation with the error "-18 unknown error". Any help would be appreciated!

Alright found a fix. I hooked my phone up to my computer, browsed to .android_secure and deleted the file 'smdl2tmp1.asec'. Problem solved.

I did exactly the same thing and it worked with no issues.
