android market - updating apps question

When going to the android market to update apps its always divided into 2 sections....updates and manual updates. Is there a way to move stuff from the updates to manual updates because there are things i do not want to update such as virgin mobile live or twitter (i do not use it). I want to do this so that way I can hit update all when I want to update my apps. Thank you.

Open the apps you don't want to automatically update, uncheck the "automatically update" tickbox

EDIT: I mean this on the Market app. Open Market app>go to my apps> look for the app> then uncheck.
