    Does using android market cost money ? what about downloading free apps and games ? everytime i play a game , either market or facebook would show after i press running apps . does that cost money tooo ?

    It's perfectly free to install these free apps, to use the market itself isn't costly at all except for buying paid apps. Using the browser or facebook over 3G will cost some money if you use them alot but WiFi is free. downloading apps from the market over 3G may cost a fraction of your bill but you shouldn't worry.

    is there anyway to stop facebook or android market from opening ? i just received my bills and it costs me 300sgd$

    You can uninstall facebook and use the internet instead, or you can go to Accounts in the settings menu and change Facebook to not sync while your phone is in sleep mode. As for the market, you can go to settings, applications, running services, then press market and choose STOP.

    if my facebook or market is open and i press standby mode . will it still charge?

    Yes. Charging is a high-priority function on all phones - you can even charge after you've shut it off.
