Help android messenger accidentally not allowed permission. not sent. tap to try again.

Hey there,

I have google android messenger on my moto G plus and also facebook messenger. When I tried texting a 5 digit number (public transit number) on the android messenger, it asked me if I want to allow "messenger" to send sms. I thought it was for facebook messenger so I did not allow it and clicked on "do not show message again". Unfortunately the "messenger" i disable was the google android one and now I can't send any message to that 5 digit number. I can text to anyone else but not that number.
