Android on net book saga

Hi , am a newbie to this blog, but have used android on phones and tablets and want to use it on my net book, how do i do this??????, have got a acer aspire one with intel atom cpu running at 1.67 ghz, 2 gb of ram and 64gb ssd, have got windows 7 , sorry!! and ubuntu running on split boot options but wanna get rid and use android ICS as a single os. i have tried to downdload the android iso to put on to usb drive but i cannot download it, google chrome browser forbids any downloads from this server as does IE9!!! any help many thanks

I have no idea how to run android on a netbook and I doubt it's possible. Too many driver issues involved. A good question to ask in the Android Lounge?
