Android phone calls on Mac

Is there by any chance an app that will, from my Mac desktop with my Android LG Stylo V:

1. Allow me to dial a phone number and place an outgoing call using internal mic and speakers
   
2. Allow me to answer a call on the desktop using my speakers
   
3. Allow me to send and receive messages and read them on my desktop.
4. All of this using my own phone number

The one app that can actually do this is Handsfree 2 but there is frequent loud static that is a deal breaker.
