I'm looking for an Android phone with Verizon Daily Prepaid (the pay per minute plan, not the monthly plan). I have found a lot of conflicting information and can not seem to find a solution. I have several questions, any help at all would be wonderful. Can I purchase a used Android phone on ebay and use it with the Verizon Daily Prepaid? Or can I buy one of Verizon's Monthly Prepaid Android phones and use it with their Daily Prepaid? I am not interested in using any of the wireless capabilities (I have wifi almost anywhere I go) so I am not wanting to pay for the $30 monthly wireless surcharge. Will I still be able to use the wireless intermittently and pay a per minute or per day charge? I currently have Net10, will I be able to switch my number over? Last question, if I do end up having to get a Verizon Monthly Prepaid and switching it to a Verizon Daily Prepaid (looking at the Motorola Citrus), will I be able to unlock the phone and upgrade to Android 2.3? Thanks for any help!
