The HTC Evo 4G on Sprint already uses 4g. Don't know what is in the future.

Whoah... back up... "4G SIM card"?!?

Unless there's a working LTE network in revenue service somewhere, I don't think there IS such a thing as a "4G SIM card" available today. Unless I missed it in the spec sheet, Sprint's 4G phones are every bit as permanently hardwired to a single IMEI as every other phone they've ever sold. Unless Legacy Clearwire equipment had SIM(-like?) cards of their own, perhaps?

Good point, I missed the "SIM Card" part.

From what I've read about the HTC EVO 4G, it has no way to insert a SIM card, and although it IS a 4G device it does not work on GSM networks (International).

Engadget posted some photos on the Verizon LTE 4G Sim cards. They will be going into broadband and pre-paid MIFI modems. Phones don't have them yet but the SIMS are definitely coming very soon. October time-frame from what I gather.
