android playback of speco tech rsdvr

I have galaxy s3 phone and would like to do playback of my speco technologies security rsdvr. The current app does live view but the "speco player" app they have currently does not allow playback. They have an iphone app that does both live view and playback. Are there any Android apps out there that will do both live and playback of the speco tech RSDVR. Or is there any one who can develope an android app or upgrade the speco player app for the RS-DVR. I want to get a new samsung 10.1 note tablet to also use this app feature.
