Apps Android SDK on Win2003SP2

Please Help installing Android SDK on Win2003SP2,

I have installed Android SDK on my WinXPSP2 without problems. But when I install it on my Win2003 Server I can't start a AVD. It ends up with a "Integer devision by zero" exception.
I reinstalled the whole package but it doesn't helps.

Here are the error message:
SDL_app: emulator-arm.exe - Application Error
The exception Integer division by zero.
(0xc0000094) occurred in application at location 0x0b3640ab.

While I can't guarantee that this is your problem, keep in mind that the Android SDK does not officially support the Windows Server 2003 operating system.
