I have Android SDK loaded on my MacBook Pro. Do I need to load this on my Droid Incredible too? When I downloaded it I didn't have my Inc. hooked up. I'm trying to load this boot animation I've been jonesing about. I checked my "Astro File Manager" and when I open it up it shows a file with "android-sdk-mac_86". Is that it? But, when I open it up, files show up but when I click on one of them it shows "Directory is empty".

    Anything I'm doing wrong?

You have to be in USB debug mode on your phone, and you also need valid USB drivers from the SDK setup. Problem with my USB drivers that were downloaded (revision 3?) was that they DO NOT INCLUDE INCREDIBLE as a valid device. If you try to load the drivers when in USB Debug after plugging your cell into the PC, you'll get the "couldn't find drivers for device" issue. What you need to follow is this

After that, follow instructions from wherever you choose. It's pretty simple after you get the USB drivers resolved.
