Android Smart TV Box 4.0

When connecting the Smartbox to my Samsung Plasma TV using a HMDI cable, the TV says mode not supported, change the resoultion.

I called Samsung and it's not possible to change the resolution but has to be done from the TV box. I have no user manual and no support phone numbers in the USA.

Can someone advise me what the problem is.

What is this "Smartbox"? You can ask for help from other owners of that media player, or from the manufacturer's website.

What is the model of the Samsung TV? There is surely a way to change the display resolution.

Can you connect the Smartbox video via composite to another TV or monitor?
