Android Tablets with Froyo

I've been looking around for a android tablet (something with a ~7in screen). It looks like there are a ton of cheap, Asian made devices that don't work very well. Then there are some nicer (but still cheap) devices that work well as e-readers. I particularly like the Pandigital Novel, and as I understand, it has been rooted. I know of several tablets that have either been rooted, or are on the verge. Are there any tablets currently available that are running Android 2.2 (either by design, or with the help of a custom ROM)?
