Android to RCA connections

I have a Nexus 4 that I want to connect to my older Sanyo tv through RCA cables, what all do I need?

The N4 will output an HDMI signal with a suitable adaptor, so you could do it with an HDMI to RCA convertor. A quick Google suggests these are widely available.

Alternatively the N4 supports Miracast, and you might be able to find a Miracast adapter with RCA output.

I didn't search much for HDMI->RCA converters, but what I saw makes it look a bit pricey. It's probably the digital->analog conversion. If the tv is replaceable, you might want to consider buying one on the cheap before buying the necessary adapters for an old tv.

From a technical perspective by far the best solution is to buy a new TV.

This post makes me miss the old Pocket PC days. Back then you could get a CF card with all the necessary cables and connections to hook up to your TV. Provided of course your Pocket PC could use CF card which just about all of them did. Of course there was no such thing as 1080p back.
