Help android updates

How are we able to update our lg optimus q android 2.2 to the newest version of android so that we can access all the apps and download the adobe flashplayer 11 to play certain games and view certain websites images??? I would appreciate any help with this. Thank you.

If Adobe Flash Player doesn't work on your phone try googling: Adobe Flash for LG Optimus Q2.
There are some Hacked Versions over at XDA that might work.

I don't know if this info is quite what you where expecting, but it is something to check out until someone chimes in with a reply to your actual question.

imlost29, we are not lost, just confused. I see that you have 2.2 OS. What is the model number for your phone? Is it the LU2300 or is it the L55C? Is it the LU8800 or the LU6500. Let me know so I can get your thread into the proper forum so you will get the best advice that will be specific to your phone.
If its the L55C it needs to be in the Optimus Slider forum as it is way closer to the Slider than the Q2.
