Help android V 2.2.1(Samsung galaxy ace) backup?

Hi i have an android V 2.2.1(Samsung galaxy ace) phone i want to know how to backup my contacts and calendar information?

Try using andriod market apps, I used an app "Mobile Backup II". I saves all your data to your sd card. from there you can copy them over to your pc or email them to a secure address. It quite fast and free.

sorry for late reply but Yes backs up contacts, sms, call log and calender entries,
