Can you provide more info about your issue?

Do you have 3G/4G/LTE data turned on?
If not, turn it on.

Do you have a signal?
No signal = no data.

Are you paying for a data plan?
Data isn't free, you have to buy a plan.

Did you go over your monthly limit?
Data could be cut off until your next billing cycle.
