Click the "Apps" link on the blue bar at the top of the page. There is no www in the address.

Very nice website, I've already submitted a few App reviews and planning more. One thing that really annoyed me though. It auto logs you off too fast. I was writing a long well thought-out review for Wapedia but I was multitasking so it took me a little longer than it should. I finished writing it and it told me access was denied because I wasn't logged in. I was able to recover the review but I came very close to losing the entire review because it took me too long to write and the auto log-off was too short.
