    Next to you
    Welcome buddy!
Although I don't know where you can get Anime, there is a site that has downloads of Adobe Flash Player for Android here:
    Archived Flash Player versions

Just scroll down the page a little and find what software version your are running on your device and download flash:)

    Thanks for joining!

    Ahhhh..... Anime :D

If you can't root your phone you're options are:

*Watch the limited amount of anime there is on youTube

*Download the Daily Motion App, watch some on there

*Download the MX Player from Play Store and the proper plug-in for your CPU; The app will tell you and link you to the proper download. They're both free.... But you will need to enter the URL of the video online to play it, and yes it will display subtitles LOL. (I don't do dubbed anime :D )

    * If you have any anime that is downloaded, MX will do that also, but keep in mind that your phone has a 480x320 screen resolution, so it's best to play anime in a resolution closer to what's on your phone. Some comes in 1280x720 rez, and MX will play it but it will shrink the video to fit on your screen and it's harder to read subs.

*EDIT--- If you have a Netflix account (which I STRONGLY recommend if you like anime), they have a fabulous selection of dubbed anime series/moves you can watch with the Netflix app on your phone! A typical online netflix with zero DVD mail-outs is around $10 a month, and worth every penny :D

Hope this helps! I watch a ton of anime on my phone, amazing I found this post on the front page hahahaha.....

You're very welcome. Unfortunately, I don't think there is any way to root your particular phone without a solid USB connection. I could be wrong though! Go jump into the Admire forums and ask somebody :D Maybe the guides here could tell me, I thought there was an SD card drag/drop root exploit for the Optimus M? Not sure, you'll have to look around buddy!

And, as for the Netflix app crashing, are you sure you didn't get a bad install? My old Optimus M can run it no problem, try un/re-installing it? You can also look around online (like CNet.com) for an older version of the Netflix.apk that may work better than latest update.

Anyway, hope that helps again, and welcome to the forums! :D :D
