Help Announcement issue

I have a Verizon Galaxy S3 running 4.1.2. Last week I began getting voice announcements for Incoming Calls, Emails, and text messages. I did not make any changes to my settings, and did not knowingly allow this on my phone. I am wondering if I may have accidentally imported an app that is doing this. It is beyond annoying, and I really need to turn it off. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, make sure Driving Mode is not turned on.
On my s3 it's on the the top notification bar
