Help Annoying GMail question......download attachments

Okay, here is something that is really annoying me - how can you download attachments on your GMail onto the SD card (for opening later), rather than just previewing the damn things?

Sense allows you to do this but stock for some reason, does not

I thought I had that problem also , as there is only a preview button , and not a download button , but i went to adobe reader , all my email attachments are there . . .
